November 6-10

Lab Tours

A tour of some facilities of the WVU Plasma Physics Laboratory is offered on Saturday, November 11, according to the indication of interest, as can be accommodated. Indicate your interest in the tour on the pre-registration form or by registering for the lab tour on-site at the GEC Registration Desk. The lab tour takes place in Morgantown, WV, one hour driving distance from the DoubleTree Hotel when the traffic is light, so scheduling transportation is important. The intention is to arrange a roundtrip shuttle bus for Saturday morning (departing the DoubleTree either at 9am), November 11, returning to the DoubleTree and/or the airport in early afternoon. For example, we could drop off flight-ready people at the airport at 1:30.
