Registrations received after Friday, November 3, 2017 will not be processed on-line, but can be processed on-site.
On-site Registration: At the GEC2017 Welcome/Registration station you are able to obtain a form, enter your registration information on the form, and pay your fee with your credit card.

You will choose between logging in as an APS member, becoming a member of APS and pre-registering at the same time, and pre-registering as a non-member of APS.
Food and Drink: Registration fee includes the welcome reception, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, a plated lunch on Tu/We/Th, and one banquet (reception & dinner) ticket. The fee does not include breakfast or other dinners. An additional banquet ticket (for non-registered companions) will cost $70, does NOT include the welcome reception, the lunches, and coffee breaks, and can be purchased during online registration. For the banquet, if you have special dietary restrictions please note them in the Special Needs Requests box on the registration page. We will do our best to accommodate your request and, if accommodated, to specify how.
Cancellation and Refund: A request for cancellation of your Registration Fee must be emailed to Don Wise (wise@aps.org) by noon on Friday, November 3, 2017 (Eastern Time). No registration refund request will be granted for requests made after November 3, noon. All refunds will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for cancellation..
West Virginia University Lab Tours: Tours of some facilities of the West Virginia University Plasma Physics Laboratory will be offered on the Friday before GEC, the Saturday after GEC, or the Monday after GEC according to the indication of interest, as can be accommodated. Requests can be made on the registration form or directly to Mark Koepke (mark.koepke@mail.wvu.edu), Earl Scime (earl.scime@mail.wvu.edu), or Julian Schulze (fjschulze@hotmail.com). These facilities are located in Morgantown, WV, one hour driving distance from the GEC venue, so planning transportation is important. If sufficient interest is shown for Saturday 11 November, a roundtrip shuttle bus from the GEC venue will be arranged.
