Reservations may be cancelled with no penalty up to 72 hours before check-in. Within the 72 hour window, cancellations will be charged one night room and tax. If a guest does not check-in on their arrival date, a “no-show” fee of one night room and tax will be charged.

The hotel and conference center are located right at the San Diego river and five minutes away from Fashion Valley mall and Mission Valley’s dining. San Diego’s top attractions, such as the zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town, and SeaWorld can be reached in a fifteen-minute drive or less. Riverwalk Golf Course and San Diego Sports Arena are also very close. Gaslamp Quarter and San Diego Bay are twenty minutes away.

San Diego International Airport is 8 miles away. Please note that there is no airport shuttle available to and from the hotel, but there are several other options to get to the conference center from there.
- Bus: Every 20 mins you can take a Flyer bus from Terminal 1/2 to Old Town Station and then change onto the Green Line to Hazard Center. Total time: appr. 45 mins.
- Rental car/taxi: Via highway 5 and 8 you can reach Mission Valley within a 15 mins drive, depending on the traffic.
