Duration
Invited talk / 30 min total (including 5 min Q&A).
Regular talk / 15 min total (including 3 min Q&A).
Note
- A computer will be provided at each lectern. It is preferred that you use the provided computer, but you are also allowed to use your own laptop. Please load your talk on the provided computer using a flashdrive at least 30 minutes before the session begins and check that the presentation works.
- If you use your own laptop computer, please check the connection between your PC and the projector during the break time. Projectors use HDMI cables. Some adapters will be provided.
Poster Presentations
Size of the poster panel is 2 m in width, 1.3 m in height. Pushpins will be provided. Please setup your poster at the beginning of the scheduled session time and remove at the end.
